Powercat CSR Initiative Brings Joy to Shikin’s Team Animal Rsecue (STAR) Shelter, Melaka

Melaka, 20th September 2025 — In a heartwarming display of compassion and community spirit, Powercat successfully carried out a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative at Shikin Shelter, Melaka. The event, held on 20th September, brought together animal lovers, local celebrities, and dedicated volunteers with one shared goal: to support and uplift the lives of the animals at the shelter.

In collaboration with our passionate team from the Nyala Jasin branch, Powercat proudly sponsored 40 bags of Si Comot 10kg pet food to the shelter, catering to both cats and dogs under Shikin Shelter’s care.

Adding star power to the event, beloved personalities such as Iqram Dinzly, Sisy Iman, and Sarah Suhairi graced the occasion, lending their voices and presence to advocate for animal welfare. The event also featured a special appearance by our very own furry ambassador, King Oyen, who charmed everyone with his playful antics and royal flair.

The atmosphere was filled with joy and mutual care as volunteers helped clean enclosures, fed the animals, and interacted with the shelter’s residents. It was a day filled with meaningful action, smiles, and a shared love for animals.
